Is it Sanitary to Rent Hair Extensions?
Great Question, The Hair Concierge puts your well being, safety & sanitation first! Let’s chat about how we disinfect the hair while maintaining its integrity. Each clip in hair extension is made with high quality 100% remy hair and is treated and prepared using hygienic processes to ensure client safety prior to being offered for rent. When hair extensions arrive in the mail to you, the product has been santized, shampooed, conditioned, treated to be contaminant free and at the time of each rental the hair piece is fitted with a new set of clips. Extensions will look brand new and you will never know they were worn with love before you! Anything touching your scalp touches will be touched only by you!
Where Do Hair Extensions Come From?
Lets offer education! The majority of human hair used in wigs and extensions derives from India and China. We offer clients virgin, remy, 160 gram double drawn hair extensions we have imported most desirable.
What Does Remy & Double Drawn Mean?
Remy means the cuticle is intact and not stripped, made from the finest, virgin hair in the World. Our point of difference with hair extensions is that our product is double drawn. This means the thickness is the same from top to bottom. Double drawn hair extensions undergo an additional process during manufacturing. The Hair Concierge’s quality is executed through machinery that removes the shorter hairs so that the hair remains thick from root to end. (before it is sewn on to the weft stitching that holds all of the hair together). We also use a process that aligns the hair in the same way that it once grew creating a very natural look.
What Happens if I Need to Do An Exchange or Have A Refund Processed?
Great question! At The Hair Concierge all rentals & sales are final. We have a very thorough consultation and questionnaire that was developed with the help of top stylists, colorists, extensions experts and artists to ensure we nail what you are after on the first opportunity with The Hair Concierge. Any exchanges will be made by the discretion of the executive team when contacted within 24 hours of receipt of product.
What if I Find Less Expensive Hair Somewhere Else?
And you will darling! Most of the time, less expensive hair extensions means that a single drawn process was used which is most common because it requires less work manufacturing and processing. This type of hair will look stringy at the ends requiring a professional stylist to cut the ends to make them look somewhat suitable. Our suggestion…your worth more than a single drawn process…go for it honey… invest in yourself!
Help! It’s Impossible to Find My Color?
Hair Concierge to your Rescue! Send us 4 images of your hair, which include front, back and both sides of your head taken in natural lightening or direct sunlight (outside) with no filters at all in order to accurately color match you! One of our Extensions and Color experts on staff will determine the best color match for you.
Tell us ASAP!!! We strive for a seamless experience but understand somethings may happen outside of our control. We need a photo of the defect along with a description of what is defected sent upon arrival to our customer service team for immediate resolution.
